I would highly recommend picking Exit to Intro up. I’m not sure if it will have the same effect on you, but even if it comes close, then it’ll be worth every second spent on it. Atlantic Line has found a way to write music that speaks to that empty space in your body… your brain may not understand it, but the rest of your body will.

"The world has its fair share of artists trying to produce ambient, cinematic rock music, and plenty more artists dreaming of doing it, but Atlantic Line delivered the goods. They are one of two artists in the past six months that have successfully stopped my thought process and just made me listen."

"It is an ethereal crusher, not giving way to easy answers even in the process of being an easy listen. There are shades of Radiohead and the Thom Yorke solo work and shades of Ambulance LTD. The space generated here is substantial, but is not space without purpose. Rather, Atlantic Line have built something cavernous without feeling empty, enormous without being misunderstood."

"Quick is not Atlantic Line. Their music is a sneak attack on your subconscious. Whether it's an 11 minute space journey called The Voyage Home or the speeding train track anthem of Big Brother, these tunes will incite drug like visuals into your daydream before you can realize what's happening. Soaring, cinematic, spacey, rocking, and an anthem to the sublime can all be used when describing Atlantic Line's sound."

"All the while, the record is encased in the band’s reverb-dipped soundscapes and maintains an atmosphere of introspective self-doubt with tinges of sadness. At the same time, though, it leaves you feeling strangely uplifted and undeniably chilled – definitely a worthy listen."

"El sonido refleja una influencia del rock inglés (¿o será pop inglés?) de los años noventa y de la década pasada. Las letras nos dan un paseo por la melancolía de esa parte de los Estados Unidos que sólo muestran en las películas hipster e indie."

"I spent yesterday with their album ‘Exit To Intro’ on ‘repeat’ and only one of the eight tracks (the Coldplay-like ballad, 'Ghost In Daylight') comes close to being described as ambient, so you rock fans needn’t be scared away by the thought of any frilly, loopy synthesizers and unintelligible lyrics!"

"Atlantic Line is a band I didn't even know I'd be seeing on Saturday night. I thought Robotanists were playing one set for their record release show & that was going to be it. When I heard there was going to be another band, I figured I'd stick around to see if they were any good & I am SO happy I did. I hate to make comparisons but Atlantic Line reminds me of Radiohead &, since Radiohead is one of my favorite bands, I was hooked after just one song."
